Pricing

Three ways in. Fixed price on all of them.

Have a site already? Start with the audit. Don't have one? Go straight to the website. And if what you need is a tool rather than a page, we talk about a web app. Prices in USD, the same for every country. I work remotely from Lima, on UTC−5.

Site audit $150

I review your current site the way software gets reviewed before release: what fails, what's slow, what's exposed, and what Google and AI search engines can't read. I don't judge whether it's pretty. I check whether it works.

What I check

  • Forms, buttons and links that don't do what they say
  • Real load time on a phone, not just on a laptop
  • Exposed weak spots: certificates, headers, visible data
  • What Google and AI search engines can't read

What you get

  • A report with every problem I found
  • How serious each one is, in priority order
  • What it costs to fix each item
  • Within 3 business days of payment

What doesn't happen

  • I don't touch your site: I only test it from the outside
  • No obligation to hire me afterward
  • No paying twice: if you hire me for the fix, the $150 comes off

One condition: the audit has to be requested by the site owner or someone with written authorization. Testing the security of a site you don't own isn't a service, it's a problem.

02 · Core

Fixed-price website $600 to $900

A new site, or yours rebuilt from scratch. The price is set in writing before I start and it doesn't move. What sets it is how much site you need, not how many hours it takes me.

$600

Up to 5 sections. To present your business and get people to contact you.

  • Contact buttons that actually reach you
  • Ready for Google and AI search
  • Fast on mobile

$900

Up to 10 sections, with connected forms or a blog.

  • Everything above
  • Forms that arrive as data, not loose emails
  • A blog or a simple catalog

Included in both: a written proposal with scope, price and date; progress you see every week; testing on mobile and desktop before launch; and six weeks of follow-up. If something I delivered breaks in that window, I fix it at no cost.

Timeline: one to two weeks from the day I have your copy, photos and logo. What slows a web project down is almost never the build. It's waiting for the content.

03 · Custom

Web app or custom system from $1,200

When you don't need a page but a tool your team uses every day. The price depends on scope, and we put it in writing before I start. Nothing gets billed on the side without telling you first.

Quoting tools

Your price list, discounts and margins in one system. The quote comes out the same no matter who prepares it. See a real case (Spanish) →

Dashboards and portals

So your clients or your team can look up their own information without asking you for it. Everyone sees only what's theirs.

Database redesign

For systems that already exist and can't take one more change. I deliver the data model, a data dictionary and documented procedures. See a real case (Spanish) →

AI automation

A WhatsApp agent that records orders in your system, invoice reading, reports that build themselves. The monthly cost of the AI provider is separate, and I tell you upfront.

After the six weeks

Optional maintenance $100 a month

Updates, backups, security checks and fixes. Monthly, cancel with 30 days' notice, no lock-in. It's not required: your site is yours, and I hand it over with everything someone else would need to maintain it.

FAQ

Pricing, payment and process.

  • Why isn't the audit free?

Because it's real work, and you keep a report that's useful even if you never hire me. A free audit is almost always a sales pitch in disguise. Here is a sample, done on my own site. If you hire me for the fix afterward, the $150 comes off the total.

  • Do you need my passwords or access to my site?

No. The audit is done from the outside, the way a customer or a search engine sees your site. The only requirement is that the site owner, or someone with written authorization, requests it.

  • Can the website price go up halfway through?

No. What's in the proposal is what you pay. If you want to add something that wasn't in it, I tell you what it costs before I build it, and you decide.

  • How do I pay from the US or another country?

In USD. The audit is paid upfront. Websites and web apps are 50% when you approve the proposal and 50% on delivery. I send the payment options with the proposal.

  • How can your prices be this low?

Because living in Lima costs less, not because the work is lighter. The process is the same one I'd follow anywhere: written scope, fixed price, weekly progress, testing before launch and six weeks of follow-up.

  • Are we going to be on the same schedule?

Mostly, yes. Lima is on UTC−5 all year, which matches New York in winter and Chicago in summer. I reply within 24 hours on business days.

  • Do you use AI to build?

Yes, to speed up the repetitive parts. Everything I deliver goes through the same tests as always: forms, mobile, speed and security. That review is the part that doesn't get automated.

  • I already have a site. Do I need a new one?

Start with the audit. Sometimes the answer is three fixes, not a new site, and I'll tell you even when it means less business for me. If the conclusion is a rebuild, the $150 comes off.

  • Can my site be in English and Spanish?

Yes. I write and review both, and the proposal spells out what the second language adds to the price before we start.
