What to include in your message

No brief needed. For my first reply to be useful, it helps if you tell me three things:

  1. Your site's link, if you have one.
  2. What your business does and who you sell to.
  3. What worries you or what you need: more inquiries, something that stops breaking, or a tool for your team.
