Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

The person responsible for the personal data collected on this website is Rodolfo Gaspary, an independent web developer based in Lima, Peru. You can reach me at any time at [email protected].

2. What data is collected

This site collects data in three contexts:

a) Contact form

When you fill out the form on the Contact page, the following information, which you provide yourself, is collected:

• Full name
• Email address
• Business or project name
• Current website (optional)
• What you need and what is failing on your site or in your business
• Approximate budget and timing

This data is processed by a Cloudflare Pages function (the service that hosts this site) and delivered to my inbox through Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service. It is not stored in a database on this site. See the privacy policies of Cloudflare and Resend for details.

b) Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic in aggregate. Google Analytics automatically collects:

• Pages visited and time on page
• Traffic source (search engine, social network, direct visit)
• Device type, operating system and browser
• Approximate location (country and city, based on IP)
• IP address (anonymized before storage)

I don't use this data to identify you. It is processed by Google LLC under its Privacy Policy.

c) Google Fonts

The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts servers, which may mean Google logs your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

3. What the data is used for

Contact form data is used only to:

• Reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal
• Arrange a first conversation about your project
• Keep in touch about a possible working relationship

I won't use your data to send you unsolicited advertising, and I won't share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Google Analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve its content and performance.

4. Legal basis

• Consent: by filling out and sending the contact form, you expressly consent to the processing of your data for the purposes above.
• Legitimate interest: traffic analysis through Google Analytics serves the legitimate interest of improving the website.

Processing follows Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulations. For visitors from the European Union, the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also apply.

5. How long data is kept

• Contact form: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, if we work together, up to two years after our last communication.
• Google Analytics: usage data is kept according to the Google Analytics settings (14 months by default), under Google's policy.

6. Your rights

Under Law 29733 (and the GDPR for European users), you have the right to:

• Access: know what data of yours I hold.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: ask for your data to be deleted.
• Objection: object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your name and the specific request. I reply within the deadlines set by the Law 29733 regulation: 20 business days for access and 10 for rectification, erasure or objection.

7. Cookies

This site uses technical and analytics cookies:

• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _ga_*): used to measure traffic in aggregate. Stored for up to 2 years (_ga) or 24 hours (_gid).

You can block or delete Analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. If you block cookies, the site keeps working normally.

8. Security

I apply reasonable technical measures to protect the data you send me. Traffic between your browser and this site runs over HTTPS. Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated in the future. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
