I'm Rodolfo Gaspary. Systems engineer and QA.

How I work

I start by testing, not by designing. If you already have a site, I review it the way software gets reviewed before release: forms, links, load time on mobile, security headers, and what Google and AI search engines can read. You get what I found in order of severity, with what each fix costs.

Then we define the plan in the same conversation. One or two calls are enough to know what to build, what isn't worth it, and what it costs. The price goes in writing and doesn't move.

I use AI tools to speed up the repetitive parts, and everything I deliver goes through the same tests as the rest. That review is the part that doesn't get automated. And I don't disappear after launch: every website includes six weeks of follow-up.

Why independent, and why selective

I take on only a few projects at a time, on purpose. That gives you three things a busy agency struggles to:

1. Straight answers. I don't need to close your project at any cost, so I can tell you when something isn't worth building. Sometimes your site needs three fixes, not a rebuild, and I'll say so even when it means less business for me.
2. Real attention. You're not a ticket in a queue. You talk to me directly.
3. I don't vanish. A common complaint in this market isn't bad work, it's that nobody answers once the invoice is paid. That's why follow-up is included and monthly maintenance is optional, with no lock-in.

• Test first, then build.A new site doesn't fix a problem nobody measured.
• Fixed price, in writing.What's in the proposal is what you pay. If you want something extra, I tell you the cost before I build it.
• Documented, or it doesn't exist.Your site is yours. I hand it over with everything someone else would need to maintain it.
